Happy Father's Day!

Because today was Stephen's first Father's Day, I wanted to go all out, breakfast in bed, an amazing dinner, etc. Unfortunately Little Will wanted to have his say about Father's Day too and decided to sit right on my sciatic nerve...Yeah, not so fun, my legs and back are not so happy. But I was able to make him some turnovers and Orange Julius for breakfast.Stephen made dinner, however. Well, really the crock pot made dinner. We had pulled pork sandwiches, they were amazing. I don't have any pictures of them because we devoured them before I even thought about it. I also made some white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. So delicious!

The Wiggler formerly known as Tiddlywinks

Little Will, which is what we call Tiddlywinks now days, is a crazy wiggler. He is constantly moving around and it seems that his favorite activity is bouncing off the walls of my uterus and rubbing them to try to find a way to burst out before his time, already a little escape artist like his daddy. Last night Stephen and I were watching a bit of TV and Will started in on his acrobatic routine, which by the way tickles like crazy, and I grabbed Stephen's hand in hopes that he could feel the craziness going on inside my uterus. Turns out....HE COULD!!

I will never forget his face when he felt the little wiggling. It was one of my favorite moments of our marriage. In fact my entire pregnancy has given me a treasure trove of amazing Stephen moments that I will never forget. The first pregnancy test that was positive, Stephen doing a jumping dance around the house and smiling like a mad man. The first time we saw Will on an Ultrasound. When we found out we were having a boy. The list goes on and on. We are definitely excited for little Will to come.

IT'S A BOY!!

Stephen and I went to my 20 week ultrasound appointment on Thursday and we got some great news...Tiddlywinks is...a....BOY!! There is no doubt about it, you could see his little man bits very clearly. So we can officially retire the name Tiddlywinks and start calling him William. That's his name, William John (Hawaiian name) McCuen (although I still think I'll call him Tiddlywinks until he's born).
